Bench Workforce operates solely on a fee for service basis. We pride ourselves on providing an extremely professional service whether you need 1 employee or 20. Our recruitment assignments are undertaken with the utmost professionalism and are performed in an ethical and discreet manner. Our fees are calculated as per our terms of business and are negotiable on an assignment by assignment basis.
Three options are available to employers.
Option 1: Our contract Labour Hire service gives Bench Workforce the responsibility for all normal employment costs. This is our most flexible and fastest growing option and is becoming a very popular method of employment across all industries today. Staff can be supplied on a permanent or temporary basis.
Option 2: Our terms of business offers placement fees on a sliding scale, depending on the seniority and skills base required.
Option 3: Integrated Recruitment and Human Resources Management on a contract basis can be negotiated to suit you and your requirements.
