You can feel confident in the knowledge that all of our permanent placements are covered by a 90 day guarantee. This means that we will replace any candidate placed by us in a permanent position, absolutely free of charge, should they prove unsatisfactory within the first three months.

Casual/Contract Placement Service
Bench Recruitment is able to fill each client order quickly and efficiently with our experienced staff and strategic advertising. Both have the ability to draw the best possible applicants for your workplace. All applicants are processed through a standard initial Screening Process so that Bench Recruitment can offer you the same quality each time.
Firstly all applicants are subject to a telephone screening conducted by Bench Recruitment consultants. We view this as a method of establishing work experience and the applicant’s skills prior to a personal interview. This is also a way of determining skill sets and reasons for seeking temporary work. Applicants are them further screened with a structured personal interview in which all prior work experience, skills, interests and general work preferences are further investigated. Bench Recruitment then contacts previous employers to obtain references. References are thoroughly cross checked for confirmation of a range of issues including work performance, attitude, attendance, work history and re hire status.
